These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okeygames ("okeygames," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okeygames website located at okeygames.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any okeygames service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okeygames Platform.

To register and use the okeygames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okeygames, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the okeygames Platform for any reason.

okeygames reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at okeygames's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the okeygames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering your okeygames account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your username or password with any third party.
• Notify okeygames immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

okeygames reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the okeygames Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okeygames supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 via GCash and PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawals require a fully verified account. okeygames will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.
• Funds Source: By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.

okeygames reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

okeygames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. okeygames reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• okeygames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okeygames Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okeygames staff or other players.

All content on the okeygames Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of okeygames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okeygames Platform without prior written consent from okeygames.

okeygames is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okeygames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

okeygames does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okeygames makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, okeygames's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

okeygames reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At okeygames's sole discretion for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and okeygames's internal policies. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms, okeygames reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

okeygames operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

okeygames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okeygames will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the okeygames Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
